At New Lanark Mill Hotel you can dine in our Mill One Restaurant or alternatively you may choose to dine in one of our private function rooms, all of which have spectacular views across the surrounding countryside, or have a more informal buffet style lunch in your conference room.

Linsey Scott our Head Chef and her team carefully source the finest produce from Scotland's larder, making full use of what is available locally. The options below are included within our delegate packages but they are also available separately should you choose to have a stand a lone meeting.

  • Soup and Sandwich Lunch with Fruit Bowl - £7.50pp
  • Working lunch platter consisting of various sweet and savoury treats to have while you work - £9.95pp
  • Finger buffet consisting of fresh orange juice, 4 hot savoury items, platter of sandwiches freshly sliced fruit platter and muffins - £13.95pp
  • Two course lunch consisting of starter and main or main and dessert - £14.50pp

At New Lanark Mill Hotel we recognise the need for flexibility and whatever the event we have a package to suit. Below are samples of typical menus. If for whatever reason our standard menus do not meet your particular requirements we will work with our chefs to tailor a menu to your needs.
