New Lanark Mill Hotel Terms and Conditions

Please read this brief guide. Confirmation of a booking is deemed acceptance of these terms.

Prices
All accommodation rates are per room per night and inclusive of Full Scottish or Continental breakfast excluding self-catering Water houses.

Credit Cards
Your details are guarantee of your booking only. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy.

Arrivals and Departures
Check in from 15.00
Check out by 11.00

Cancellations
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01555 667200 or email hotel@newlanark.org before 15.00 local time 24 hours before your date of arrival, this will ensure you do not encur a cancellation charge. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge equivalent to your first night’s stay (this also applies to rooms within group bookings).

Insurance
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects or money.

Children
Highchairs are available free of charge subject to availability. Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure that the children’s behaviour is appropriate for other guests within the hotel. Children under the age of 12 stay free when accompanied by 2 paying adults sharing their room. Any meals consumed in the hotel by children other than breakfast will be chargeable.

Short Breaks and Special Offers
Full pre-payment is required with a valid credit/debit card at time of booking. Once booked all short breaks and special offers bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, the total paid prior to arrival is non-refundable.
