Commis Chef 

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work at one of the most unique hotels in Scotland. Our menu is based around local Scottish produce, and we cater for functions both large and small. In this post you will be working at one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country. Candidates will have had experience in other quality establishments and will ideally hold an elementary hygiene certificate. The position will include the following duties: general preparation and cooking food for conferences and banquets, preparartion of bar meals, larder work and desserts. 

 

40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
